Everyone complains about appointment booking but the new triage system works well - I personally think that a telephone consultation is very convenient not only for the surgery but for me too . However doctors are really quick to give an appointment if a face to face is necessary Myself and my family have always had the best attention from doctors and staff at Collington Surgery

Have more staff to answer the phone especially on a Monday !

I called and was told I would be called back to triage me. Fran, the Nurse Practitioner called me back and gave me practical advice on how to manage, with a followup to happen in a week. Just the advice I needed with no need to trouble a doctor. Thanks to everyone at the surgery for all your help, always.

It takes up to 40 minutes of continuous calling before getting through and then can be 15th in the queue

I have been a patient of this practice for 45 years and have 3 sons now in their forties who were all in the care of this practice. I have never had a problem with seeing a Doctor and the care has always been excellent.

It has been more difficult since Covid but I think this is now improving . We have also got used to the phone call system that has been introduced.
